Graphic Design & Marketing Manager
We’re partnering with a growing, creative organization in Central Florida to hire a Graphic Design & Marketing Manager who can combine exceptional hands-on design skills with ownership of day-to-day marketing execution.
This is a role for someone who wants to lead, create, and execute. You’ll have the autonomy to bring ideas to the table, identify opportunities, and keep marketing initiatives moving, but you’ll also work closely with an engaged CEO who enjoys being part of the creative process and regularly brings new concepts and priorities to the table.
The right person will thrive in that balance.
You should be confident enough to take the lead without needing step-by-step direction, but collaborative and adaptable enough to receive feedback, shift gears, and take someone else’s idea and make it even better. You won’t be territorial about where an idea comes from, you’ll care about producing great work and getting things done.
The ideal candidate is a strong graphic designer first, with solid marketing experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Experience in an agency, print, promotional products, apparel, or other production-focused creative environment would be especially valuable.
What You’ll Do
Graphic Design & Client Artwork
Develop compelling creative concepts for a variety of clients while adhering to their individual brand standards
Design across promotional products, apparel, print, packaging, digital assets, and other mediums
Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand their vision, goals, and brand guidelines
Create detailed product mockups and presentation-ready concepts
Prepare precise, print-ready files, accounting for bleeds, dielines, color limitations, imprint areas, stroke widths, font sizes, and other production requirements
Collaborate with production teams and adapt designs based on production feedback or client revisions
Review artwork for accuracy and specifications before final delivery
Proactively identify and resolve design or production issues
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Partner closely with the CEO to turn ideas and concepts into well-executed marketing initiatives
Take ownership of the marketing function while maintaining an open, collaborative relationship with leadership
Bring your own ideas, recommendations, and creative perspective to the table
Be comfortable adjusting priorities when new opportunities, ideas, or business needs arise
Build and manage the annual marketing calendar while maintaining the flexibility to incorporate new initiatives
Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, print, social, and events
Research market trends, competitors, and opportunities
Partner with sales on lead-generation strategies, messaging, and marketing materials
Track lead quality, conversion, and campaign performance
Manage marketing budgets, projects, priorities, and timelines
Digital, Social & Content
Create digital assets for social media, email campaigns, websites, presentations, and other marketing channels
Own the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Develop and manage a monthly content calendar
Create, schedule, and monitor social content
Lead content creation across blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, promotional materials, and other channels
Maintain brand consistency across every touchpoint
Monitor performance and adjust strategy based on results
AI, Analytics & Tools
Use AI tools to accelerate design, copywriting, content ideation, research, and reporting
Stay current on emerging AI and creative tools and identify practical ways to incorporate them into existing workflows
Track marketing performance and clearly communicate insights and recommendations to leadership
What You Bring
4+ years of professional graphic design experience, including at least 2 years working within marketing
A strong portfolio demonstrating both print/production design and digital or social content

Can receive direction and feedback without becoming defensive or losing momentum
Is comfortable when a great new idea means adjusting what was originally planned

What Success Looks Like
Success in this role requires a particular balance: you can lead without needing to control everything, and you can take direction without needing to be directed.
You bring ideas and proactively move the marketing function forward. At the same time, when leadership brings a new concept to the table, you can quickly understand the vision, add your expertise, and turn it into something tangible.
Your creative work is polished and accurate. Deadlines are met. Marketing initiatives actually get executed. Social media stays consistent. Campaigns are measured. And when priorities change, you can adapt without losing sight of everything else that needs to get done.
You’ll Love This Role If You...
Want meaningful ownership while still enjoying close collaboration with leadership
Have strong opinions and ideas but aren't precious about them
Like turning other people's ideas into great creative work just as much as developing your own
Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where priorities can evolve quickly
Are comfortable taking the lead and taking direction
Enjoy combining hands-on creativity with marketing strategy
Are a self-starter who doesn't need constant supervision
Like being challenged and figuring things out
Want to work with a team that values initiative, creativity, adaptability, and execution
Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time
Location: Central Florida | Hybrid
If you’re a talented designer and hands-on marketer who knows how to own your work, collaborate closely, adapt quickly, and turn ideas into execution, we’d love to see your portfolio.
