Chief of Staff
WHO WE ARE
L. Rose Recruiting is representing Streamex, a fast-growing fintech company building the infrastructure to bring real-world assets on-chain.
Operating at the intersection of technology, financial markets, and digital assets, Streamex moves quickly, solves complex problems, and is building new ways for investors to access and transact in real-world assets.
As the company continues to grow, Streamex is looking for a Chiefof Staff to work directly with the Chief Investment Officer. This person will serve as a trusted extension of the CIO, connecting people, projects, priorities, and data to help ensure nothing important gets lost as the company scales.
WHO YOU ARE
You are an experienced executive partner who has built your career in fast-moving technology startup environments.
You may currently be a Chief of Staff, Executive Business Partner, Founder or C-Suite Executive, Strategic Executive Assistant, Executive Project Manager, or Founder's Associate.
Regardless of your title, you have been the person behind a senior executive who keeps priorities organized, connects the dots across teams, anticipates what is needed, and makes sure important initiatives continue moving forward.
You are also highly analytical. You don't just organize information; you know how to use it. You are comfortable working with data, building reports and dashboards, tracking metrics, identifying trends, and turning information into clear insights for an executive.
Most importantly, you understand startups. You are comfortable with changing priorities, limited structure, high expectations, and responsibilities that may look different from one day to the next.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Serve as a trusted partner to the Chief Investment Officer, helping manage priorities, projects, information, and follow-through.
Maintain visibility across the CIO's key initiatives, ensuring priorities, deadlines, decisions, and next steps are clearly tracked.
Coordinate projects involving multiple people and departments, keeping communication flowing and ensuring commitments do not fall through the cracks.
Prepare the CIO for meetings, decisions, and important conversations by gathering and organizing the information needed.
Track key business metrics and develop reports, dashboards, and summaries that provide visibility into performance and progress.
Analyze data to identify trends, inconsistencies, risks, or areas requiring leadership attention.
Turn meetings and conversations into clear action items, owners, deadlines, and follow-up.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CIO.
Manage complex scheduling, meeting coordination, and shifting executive priorities.
Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and executive communications.
Keep information organized and accessible so the CIO can quickly understand what is happening across key areas of the business.
Support special projects and strategic initiatives that require coordination across multiple stakeholders.
Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and proactively bring solutions forward.
Handle sensitive business and executive information with discretion.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT
Connect the dots. You will understand the CIO's priorities and recognize how different people, projects, meetings, and information connect.
Use data to create visibility. You will be comfortable going beyond traditional executive support by working with data, metrics, reports, and dashboards to help the CIO understand what is happening and where attention is needed.
Stay ahead. Rather than waiting to be told what comes next, you will anticipate needs, identify gaps, and proactively prepare for what is coming.
Create accountability. You will turn conversations into action by tracking owners, deadlines, decisions, and next steps and following through until the loop is closed.
Bring structure without bureaucracy. You know how to organize information and create processes that make an executive more effective without slowing down a fast-moving startup.
Communicate with confidence. You will interact with executives, employees, partners, and other stakeholders and know how to communicate clearly and appropriately with each audience.
Adapt quickly. Priorities will change. New projects will emerge. You will be comfortable adjusting quickly while maintaining visibility into everything already in motion.
