WHO YOU ARE

You have at least 4 years of experience supporting financial operations within a broker-dealer, investment management firm, capital markets organization, custody platform, transfer agent, bank, fintech, or other regulated financial services organization.

You understand how financial organizations operate and have experience working within regulated environments that require accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail. You are comfortable supporting operational processes, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and working with multiple stakeholders while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

You are highly organized, proactive, and resourceful, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You communicate effectively with executives and cross-functional teams, take ownership of projects from start to finish, and enjoy building structure within growing organizations.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new technologies. Experience with digital assets, blockchain, or fintech is a plus but not required.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will support the Director of Operations and executive leadership by helping manage the day-to-day operational functions of a rapidly growing fintech company. This role combines financial operations, executive support, cross-functional coordination, and operational project management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support financial and operational processes across multiple business functions
  • Coordinate projects and initiatives across Operations, Finance, Compliance, Technology, and Executive Leadership
  • Assist with vendor management, operational reporting, and internal documentation
  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and executive materials
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring follow-up items are completed
  • Assist with process documentation and operational improvements
  • Track projects, deadlines, and action items while proactively identifying potential risks
  • Maintain accurate records and confidential information
  • Provide general operational and administrative support wherever needed


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience after college
  • Experience supporting financial operations within a FINRA- or SEC-regulated organization, or comparable experience in securities operations, investor services, account onboarding, AML/KYC, trade support, transaction processing, custody, capital markets operations, or other regulated financial operations
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to work across multiple departments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Preferred

  • Experience working in fintech or a high-growth startup
  • Experience supporting executive leadership
  • Exposure to blockchain, digital assets, tokenization, or capital markets
  • FINRA licenses (Series 7, 63, 24, etc.) are a plus

COMPENSATION

Base salary: $80,000-$100,000
